We were established in 1952. Since that time, we have modernized our apartments from gas to total electric. We have also installed central heat and air. We have 165 apartments in our Public Housing Program that includes 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 4 bedroom units.

The Ocilla Housing Authority also provides units for handicapped individuals. Rent is calculated based on the formula method or the flat rent. Residents are responsible for their own utilities.
